Non-Refundable Charges in case of ticket cancellations

Introduction: 

When you cancel a train ticket booked through ixigo, or if it gets automatically cancelled, several charges are non-refundable. These typically include:

1. IRCTC Cancellation Charges
   • Confirmed Tickets:
     • 48 hours before departure: ₹240 for AC First Class/Executive Class, ₹200 for AC 2 Tier/First Class, ₹180 for AC 3 Tier/AC Chair Car/AC 3 Economy, ₹120 for Sleeper Class, and ₹60 for Second Class.
     • Between 48 hours and 12 hours before departure: 25% of the fare (subject to minimum flat rates).
     • Between 12 hours and 4 hours before departure: 50% of the fare (subject to minimum flat rates).
     • RAC/Waitlisted Tickets: ₹60 per passenger for Non- AC and ₹65 per passenger for AC

2.  IRCTC Convenience Fee levied by IRCTC at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

3.  Payment Gateway Charges charged by the payment gateway for processing the booking transaction are non-refundable.

4. Agent Service charge is levied by ixigo for using their platform to book tickets. This is capped at INR 20 for NON-Ac and INR 40 for AC tickets

5. Assured/Flex charges are also non-refundable in case opted by customer at the time of booking
