Introduction:
When you cancel a train ticket booked through ixigo, or if it gets automatically cancelled, several charges are non-refundable. These typically include:
- IRCTC Cancellation Charges
- Confirmed Tickets:
- 48 hours before departure: ₹240 for AC First Class/Executive Class, ₹200 for AC 2 Tier/First Class, ₹180 for AC 3 Tier/AC Chair Car/AC 3 Economy, ₹120 for Sleeper Class, and ₹60 for Second Class.
- Between 48 hours and 12 hours before departure: 25% of the fare (subject to minimum flat rates).
- Between 12 hours and 4 hours before departure: 50% of the fare (subject to minimum flat rates).
- RAC/Waitlisted Tickets: ₹60 per passenger for Non- AC and ₹65 per passenger for AC
